There are a number of different ways to learn more about Glacier National Park. 

Educational and interpretive programs offered by national park staff are seasonally available. Contact us for the latest information on program availability.

The Friends of Mount Revelstoke and Glacier offer courses every year to help members learn more about the history and ecology of the area and to teach recreational skills.

The Columbia Mountains Institute offers professional development workshops and organizes conferences on a variety of subjects related to the North Columbia Mountains. Past conferences have discussed grizzly bear ecology, issues around caribou survival in the Columbias, and the use of DNA in wildlife research, among many other topics.
