Jasper National Park is currently experiencing important warnings and closures that may affect your travels.  

Important Bulletins 

• Area Closed: Elk Calving - Trail 12 between Alpine Village and Whistler’s Campground turnoff. (May 7, 2013)
  
• Area Closed: Elk Calving - Trail 7 from Old Fort Point to Jasper Park Lodge and the area around Pine Bungalows. (May 7, 2013)
  
• Area Closed: Areas around Lake Annette and Medicine Lake to protect nesting Bald Eagles from human disturbance. (April 25, 2013) 
  
• Area Closed: Areas above the Cavell Hostel and the Astoria Trail parking lot. (February 15, 2013)
  
• Area Closed: Brewster Glacier Discovery Walk area. (July 19, 2012)
