Eastern Ratsnake
© Parks Canada / Gregory, J. / 06.60.10.10(07), 1974
The eastern ratsnake may look like it belongs in the Amazon rainforest, but it lives right here in Canada. In fact, it's our largest snake, reaching as much as 160 centimetres in length. If you want to catch a glimpse of an eastern ratsnake, look up-this snake is an excellent climber!
