How can I help?

It is important that reestablishment, conservation and awareness-raising efforts be pursued to protect this rare and threatened species. As rosettes are very difficult to spot, you can help protect the thistle by taking a few precautions:

• When walking in littoral zones, stay away from the vegetation
• Avoid areas that are marked out or identified by survey markers with metal labels
• Avoid searching out for colonies; to observe the thistle, go to the marina or the Lestrat School
