Parks Canada is proud to offer a campground reservation service in 19 national parks across Canada. With this service, campers have peace of mind by being able to reserve a campsite in advance of their arrival at the campground of their choice. Visitors can plan their camping experience with confidence and look forward to breathtaking scenery, outstanding recreational opportunities and exciting learning experiences.

To continue meeting the needs of campers who prefer not to reserve in advance, quality campsites will still be available in several national park campgrounds on a first-come, first-served basis. That means that not all campsites in national parks are open to reservation. If you would like to know more, please call the park directly, or contact our National Information Service toll-free at 1-888-773-8888, or at email@example.com.
Some things you should know:
- When you are reserving, please note that while some parks allow you to reserve specific sites (site-specific reservation) others do not (non site-specific reservation). For non site-specific reservations, your reservation will ensure that a campsite with a selected service level (unserviced or serviced) is available at your arrival but you will not be able to choose a selected campsite in advance. The specific campsite will be allocated to you upon arrival.
- The Parks Canada Reservation Service takes only frontcountry reservations. Reservations for backcountry sites, if available, are done through the parks directly. That way you are able to speak to a staff member at the park directly.
If you would like more information, please call the Parks Canada national information line at 1-888-773-8888.
The reservation service is available at www.pccamping.ca or 1-877-RESERVE (1-877-737-3783).
