To get to the Battle of the Restigouche National Historic Site, take provincial route 132, which crosses through the Matapedia Valley and surrounds the Gaspé Peninsula. The Site is located at the head of Chaleur Bay, to be more precise at the Restigouche River estuary separating Québec from New Brunswick, and offers a breathtaking view of the North Shore.
