Old Port of Québec Interpretation Centre

The Old Port of Québec Interpretation Centre and the Louise Basin area were reorganized to welcome the festivities surrounding the 400^th anniversary of Québec city in 2008.

In 2009, the Espace 400e Pavilion will become the Parks Canada Discovery Centre , with a new permanent exhibition on immigration, the St. Lawrence River and the Parks Canada network.

With the development of Espace 400^e , handed over to the Société du 400^e for 2008, Parks Canada has carried out the Government of Canada's desire to make the Louise Basin area one of the legacies that will continue to pay tribute to the spirit of 2008.
