Discover garrison life in a fort in New France!

These two special days will feature a period encampment from the Marine troops (1720 to 1760), battle manoeuvres and historical re-enactments offered by the Compagnie de Lacorne.

Duel Fort Chambly First outdoor tournament in open mixed epee!

June 6, from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Presented by the Escrime Mont-Royal club, this outdoor mixed epee tournament is organized in collaboration with Parks Canada.

While fencers cross blades on the grounds of the Fort-Chambly park, spectators will be able to learn the basics of fencing and enjoy historical activities between the bouts. You will attend quite a show!

Please note that the event is postponed to June 7 in case of rain.

In the context of the Rendez-vous photo du Richelieu, photographers have explored the theme “Time” which can seem both endless and fleeting at once.

The exhibit continues inside Albani Hall in Fort Chambly where you will discover action frozen in an instant, objects that evoke wistful memories and the tender moments we wish would linger forever.

The Concours d’Élégance de Chambly - organized by Voitures anciennes du Québec inc. - will take place in the fort’s park. This gathering of vintage cars draws many visitors each year.

There will be a competition in period costume and many prizes.
