The Etiquette Lesson© Parks Canada / Normand Rajotte
Exquisite Politeness-Etiquette Requires It!
A guided tour that’s at once enlightening and amusing! The tour begins with a short history lesson in order to provide context and some information related to the creation of Canada during this period. The tour continues in the company of a character straight from the Victorian era who will provide an etiquette lesson and breath life into the sumptuous décor so artfully chosen by Lady Cartier. Over the course of this theatrical experience visitors will be convinced they’ve travelled back in time and are full-fledged members of the Montreal bourgeoisie. An amusing foray into the “high society” of the period.
