Located outside the boundaries of the Lachine Canal National Historic Site, the rapids are the reason why the canal exists. Steeping oneself in history, sport fishing, bird watching, and discovering nature are just a few of the things you can do, not to mention going down the rapids, an experience not to be missed by the bold at heart.
