Guided Tours and Education Programs
The Site offers a variety of tours that can accommodate each visitor's interests. The standard tour is the Technology Tour of the Historic Structures on the site, including the Powerhouse and the Emergency Swing Dam.
Please come and join us for a guided tour, a self-guided walk of the site, or a hike or stroll on the Attikamek Trail.
Visitor Centre

In the Administration Building you will find an exhibit depicting the themes of the Sault Canal. The heritage interpreters are on hand to answer any of your questions.
Observation Deck
- Treat yourself to a panoramic view of the surrounding area from the observation deck, above the canalman's shelter.
