Sir John Johnson Manor House Social

July 18, 2012 - 6:30 pm to 9:00 pm
Join us for the Annual Lawn Social, hosted by the Sir John Johnson Manor House Committee. This event will take place Wednesday, July 20, 2011, 6:30 pm at the Manor House in Williamstown, Glengarry County, Ontario. Spend an evening at this historic site, and be entertained by the talent of our local musicians and performers. Be sure to bring friends, family and a lawn-chair. Refreshments will be available, and admission is free. Funds are raised from the sale of refreshments, raffle tickets and the generous donations of our guests at the passing of the hat.

Sir John Johnson Manor House Committee

In 1996 a group of local citizens, committed to raising the profile of the property and working in partnership with Parks Canada to ensure the long term protection and presentation of the site, formed a not-for-profit organization called the Sir John Johnson Manor House Committee. This group manages the Glengarry archives and other genealogical resources within the house and offers guided tours and special events throughout the year.
