Parks Canada’s 150 ICEtravaganza!
January 7
10 a.m. - 9 p.m.

Join Parks Canada as we kick off Canada 150 Celebrations at the Niagara National Historic Sites. Explore Fort George, take a turn around the new skating rink, savour hot chocolate in the Agora, and have a blast during musket and artillery demonstrations! Live music from performed by "Kindred" and "The Howling Horns"! A Snowman building contest (weather permitting)! A very special skating show performed by "Glisse on Ice"! Interactive demonstrations by The Canadian Raptor Conservancy will encourage Canadians to connect with nature and history while experiencing the great outdoors. Join us as we celebrate Canada’s special year with music, muskets, skating and smores!!

A Ball in the Regency Style

You are cordially invited to join the Friends of Fort George & Parks Canada as we present a special Regency Ball at Historic Navy Hall! Festivities will kick off at 7 p.m. with live music, dancing, light fare and merriment. Karen Millyard, a professional dance instructor, will be leading the dances. No previous dance experience required. Regency costumes or business suit/black tie are appropriate. Space is limited!
