Fun at the Fort March Break Programme
Each day our March Breaker’s will learn about Fort George and the War of 1812 through activities, games, crafts and colourful exhibits that relate to the theme of the day.
Where: Fort George National Historic Site
When: Programme runs from 8:30am to 4:30pm on March 12, 13 & 14
*Sign-in begins at 8:15am from the Visitor Reception Centre and sign-out begins at 4:30pm until 4:45pm
Cost: $29.40 per child per day.
*Price Incentive: Register your child for all three days and receive 30% off the third day
Ages: 8 to 12 yrs
Pre-Registration is required.
Day 1: Wednesday March 12th: Soldiers and Scavengers
Day 2: Thursday March 13th: Officers, Music and Forts
Day 3: Friday March 14th: Digging the fort –Archeaology and Food
Lunches and snacks
Participants will bring their own lunches; a fridge is available for lunches requiring refrigeration. Peanut-free snacks will be provided; please let us know if your child has any other food allergies at registration.
Policy allows cancellations to be made up to one week prior to programme date. Refunds will not be given if the camper is absent due to illness or sent home for misconduct.
Identification is required at sign in and sign out in Visitor Reception Centre. Parent/guardians or other authorized individuals will be asked to present photo identification. Each child must be signed in and out each day.
