Activities and Events
Following the opening of new facilities at the site, in the summer of 2012, a variety of exhibits and lectures will be planned on range of topics, such as health care, artistic expression, humanitarianism and Canadian heroes. Please contact the site for details.
A visit to Bethune Memorial House includes a guided tour of the historic house, the viewing of outdoor exhibits and a ten minute video on the achievements of Dr. Bethune at your option. Canada Day Celebration, Parks Day Free admission and Victorian Christmas are some highlights through the year. From November to May, outreach programs and speaking request arrangements are available for schools and communities. A travelling exhibit is shared year round with libraries, mostly in the Greater Toronto Area.
