How to Get There
The site is off Route 253 (Purcells Cove Road). From Halifax, follow Quinpool or Chebucto Road to the Armdale Rotary. Drive around the Rotary and take the exit onto Herring Cove Road. At the lights, fork left onto Purcells Cove Road. Drive about 8km and look for the Beaver sign on the left.
Driving time: about 20 minutes from downtown Halifax, or 10 minutes from the Armdale Rotary.
