York Redoubt – Closed at Night

Parks Canada would like to remind the public that York Redoubt National Historic Site closes at dusk and entry after dark is prohibited. York Redoubt, with its craggy shoreline, deeply wooded areas and old fortifications, has a dangerous landscape and is not safe after dark.

York Redoubt National Historic Site is open every day from 8:00 am to dusk and offers visitors a wonderful urban park experience rich with military history and natural beauty.
