Join our Vikings as we participate in the iceberg festival at L’Anse aux Meadows National Historic Site on the Great Northern Peninsula. Participate in special iceberg themed events and view spectacular icebergs from the doorsteps of the Chief's sod hut.

Immerse yourself in every day Viking life in our “Viking Encampment Program” or take in one of the many site programs of Viking age skills. Try a taste of the region as participating organizations celebrate the festival by showcasing unique food, crafts, art and music. A real “Taste of Vinland”.
