Martello Music Series
Summer is about to sound a little sweeter with the debut of the "Martello Music Series". Once a month, from June to September, the Tower will showcase diverse talent from Saint John's vibrant music community. Please contact us at 506-636-4011 for ticket information.

Brent has released seven albums, is an ECMA nominee, and Stompin' Tom Award winner. His music and show are both humorous and thought-provoking, as well as full of great stories and imagery.

Saint John String Quartet
July 4 at 7:30 pm
Whether it's performing for local school children or the British Royal Family, the Saint John String Quartet has been delighting audiences since 1987. This ECMA winner also has the distinction of performing the first chamber music concert on the Internet.

Before the Mast
September 5 at 2 pm A cappella group, Before the Mast, pays tribute to our maritime heritage by performing traditional sailor shanties and other songs of the sea. "I'm a deep water sailor who'll do you no wrong. Way...hey...blow the man down. Buy me a drink and I'll sing you a song..."

Based on a true story...
In 2009, visitors can make themselves comfortable in our cozy theatre and watch Carleton Martello Tower: The Sentinel of Saint John. See the Tower's dramatic story unfold in this lively audiovisual show. Fans of fast-paced action will not be disappointed; where else could one see some Fenians, a Great Fire, and a couple of world wars all in under eleven minutes? And there's even a happy ending. Carleton Martello Tower: The Sentinel of Saint John is presented on demand in either French or English at the visitor centre.
