Remote York Factory National Historic Site is staffed by Parks Canada from approximately June 15 to mid-September. Services on site are limited.

• Washroom facilities available.
• Limited access for disabled visitors. Boardwalks and main floor of depot building are wheelchair accessible. Due to shoreline and riverbank conditions there is no wheelchair ramp from the dock to the boardwalk on the site.
• No meals or accommodations.
• No cell phone or telephone service on site.
• No electricity.
