The Old Fort Cafe
Open daily from opening day to closing day, Parks Canada and the College of New Caledonia team up to bring you the tastiest lunch delights! Operated by the Friends of Fort St. James and the College of New Caledonia cook training students, eating lunch here is comfortable, friendly and affordable. Proceeds are all diverted back into the non-profit activities of both organizations. Cafe access is available to park visitors with regular admission or holding an annual pass.

Sundays at 1pm Afternoon Tea at the Officer’s House
Every Sunday from July 3rd to September 11th
Scrumptious cakes and scones. Assorted pastries, cheeses, sadwiches and more. Tea or coffee of the highest calibre. Stories of the Fur trade are reminisced and you are there for it all! Join us for these Sunday Afternoon Tea at the Officer’s House.
Fee: $6.50 per person/minimum 6 people

Treats in Every Corner
Be on the lookout for bannock, salmon jerky, hard-rock candies, cookie decorating and other assorted treats in our heritage buildings as you wander the historic site.
