Hunt for eggs, eat pancakes, check out the vendors, pet a giant Flemish rabbit at the grand opening of our new petting zoo, and many more family-friendly activities! The fascinating heritage and culture of the Métis people will be celebrated with music, food, vendor displays and special programming on this day. The Great Caledonia Salmon Cook-Off also happens on this day. Competitors go head to head in this fierce competition to find the best salmon chef in New Caledonia. Be among the first 100 visitors and you will get to sample all the salmon dishes and cast your ballot for the best salmon in New Caledonia.
