- Full Barrel Café - poutine, sugar pie, tourtière, beans & bannock
- French-Canadian music by Denis Leclerc, Jacques Leger
- Wood carving by Jean, Cheryl Anne and Jolene Bonhomme
- Maple Taffy by Société francophone de Maillardville
- Finger weaving with Centre Bel Âge
- Wool weaving with Henriette Bruneau
- Beading and moccasins demonstration with Lisa Shepherd (Saturday only)
- Kids’ canoe craft
- Donkey rides
- Blacksmith demonstrations, guides in period costume & hands on activities
- Exhibit by Chilliwack Métis Association
