Bar U Ranch National Historic Site is located approximately 95 km (59 miles) south of Calgary on Highway 22, 13 km (8 miles) south of Longview. From Calgary, go south on Highway 2, then west on Highway 540, cross over Highway 22 (also known as The Cowboy Trail) and continue going west for approximately half a kilometer.

Hours of Operation
Bar U Ranch National Historic Site is now closed. The 2013 season opens Sunday May 26.
