Pingo Canadian Landmark offers an impressive landscape for visitors to the Western Arctic Region. Located just five kilometres (3 miles) from Tuktoyaktuk, the landmark protects fascinating arctic landforms that are relatively easily accessed from the community.

Depending on the season, a variety of wildflowers, songbirds, waterfowl, and the occasional fox or ground squirrel provide photography and viewing opportunities for landmark visitors.
