For 2013 fees will be adjusted by the 2012 average annual Consumer Price Index (CPI) rate. Starting in 2015, an ongoing indexing formula for keeping pace with Canada's cost of living rate, whereby prices would automatically adjust up to an amount equivalent to the cumulative percentage increase of the annual average Consumer Price Index (CPI) for the previous two years, and every two years thereafter.
Fees that are $1 or more will be rounded up to the nearest $0.25 interval.
Under exceptional circumstances such as high inflation or economic challenges, Parks Canada may adjust fees at a rate that is less than the CPI |

3. Commercial Fees: - Commercial group entry fee

For 2015, a formula is proposed based on an amount up to the cumulative percentage increase of the annual average CPI for 2012. For 2017, a formula is proposed based on an amount up to the cumulative percentage increase of the annual average CPI for 2013 plus 2014, and every two years thereafter.

4. National Guided Services (a) Self-Guided Technology Device |

User fee of $5.00 per rental of handheld devices.
Subsequently in 2015 an adjustment is proposed based on an amount up to the cumulative percentage increase of the annual average CPI for the previous two years, and every two years thereafter.
Fees will be rounded up to the nearest $0.25 interval. |
(b) Heritage Presentation Special Programs |
2013 and every two years thereafter |
Starting in 2013, Parks Canada is proposing to increase its Heritage Presentation Special Programs fees. These fees consist of hourly fees for groups and of per person fees for different levels of service.
Subsequently in 2015 an adjustment is proposed based on an amount up to the cumulative percentage increase of the annual average CPI for the previous two years, and every two years thereafter.
