From left to right, Terry Clifford (Founder and CEO of Global Vision), Alaïs (2012-2013 youth ambassador), Peter Kent (Minister of the Environment), Mike (2012-2013 youth ambassador) and Alan Latourell (Parks Canada CEO), at the 2012 Global Vision National Youth Caucus in Ottawa.
After Mike showed off his bucket assembling skills to CTV, Alais had to one-up him up by constructing an entire barrel at Fort Langley National Historic Site of Canada!
The only problem with visiting Moraine Lake in Banff National Park, is that your brain can’t decide which to stare at more, the amazingly beautiful mountains, or the pristine sky blue waters... It’s exhausting!

Here is Mike, feeling like he is on top of the world (or at least Canada), standing on the Columbia Ice Fields at Jasper National Park.
Alaïs and Mike, clearly a little confused, as they took their first tour of parliament on their first day as Ambassadors. Excitement replaced confusion very fast!
The youth engagement team, hanging out in a beautiful cove in St. Lawrence Islands National Parks... Our new friend Spencer, Alaïs, and Mike, just off the Pacific coast of Vancouver Island and Pacific Rim National Reserve, casually on the lookout for Whales, seals, and the occasional sea monster.
The youth engagement team, hanging out in a beautiful cove in St. Lawrence Islands National Parks... We consider this an official business trip.
Here is Mike at the Halifax Global Leaders Centre, giving his take on the potential of young Canadians.
The 2012 summer Youth Engagement Team in all their glory, right after they gave their final presentation to the Parks Canada Executive Management Council
Here we have a picture of Alaïs, taken on the Rideau Canal, both a National Historic Site of Canada and a UNESCO World Heritage Site, on Canada Day.
