Cedar Spring
(South end of Beausoleil Island)

The Cedar Spring area is the hub of activity for the Georgian Bay Islands National Park. Here, you’ll find waterfront cabin rentals, shoreline campsites, mountain bike rentals, a welcome centre, interpretive programs, picnic shelters, swimming beaches and easy trails for hiking and biking.

The northern part of the island is more wild and rugged, boasting the best hiking trails and scenery in the park – with breathtaking views out over the islands of Georgian Bay! You’ll see the granite bedrock, clear blue water and windswept white pines that inspired the famous Group of Seven artists. There are plenty of spots to stop for a scenic picnic or dip in the bay.
