Founded in 1984, The Maidstone & Area Historical Society owns and operates the Maidstone Bicentennial Museum. Dedicated to preserving and showcasing the heritage and culture of the local area, Parks Canada is pleased to collaborate with Maidstone & Area Historical Society to create educational opportunities and promote the rich history of Amherstberg, Ontario.
