Service Standard for the Issuance of Parks Canada Agency Business Licences in National Parks (excluding guides and outfitters)

Service Standard
Successful applicants will receive their business licence or a reason for its refusal within 15 working days of receipt of the application and all documents required.
Performance target
The target for achieving this standard is set at 90 per cent.
Performance information

The performance target was achieved at 100 per cent for the reporting period from April 1, 2014 to March 31, 2015.

The performance target was achieved at 100 per cent for the reporting period from April 1, 2015 to March 31, 2016.

The performance target was achieved at 100 per cent for the reporting period from April 1, 2016 to March 31, 2017.
