Hello everybody! My name is Toussaint Lucas dit Vadeboncoeur, but you can call me Vadeboncoeur. I am a French soldier from Normandy, which is in the north of France. I have been sent to defend Québec, a strategic* fortification which is also the capital of New France.

If you like, we can explore the history of Québec's defence and fortifications together. I will be your guide and come along on your adventures. Our expedition will take us back in time to defend Québec during one of the three key periods in the history of its fortifications: 1645, 1690 or 1745.
